Data we collect
Contact forms may collect name, email address, engagement interest, optional scope notes, and message content. Server logs may record IP address and basic technical details. We do not ask for national ID numbers, payment card data, or payroll files through the public form.
Purpose and retention
We use enquiry data to respond to requests, prepare estimates, and administer engagements. Enquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active contract or legal obligation. Engagement files follow the retention period in the statement of work.
