Refund and cancellation
This policy applies to professional engagements with Flow Workhub Co., Ltd. for budget variance dashboards, assessments, retainers, and workshops.
Eligibility
Refunds are considered for prepaid fees when work has not started, or when we cancel an engagement we cannot deliver. Completed phases described in a statement of work are generally non-refundable.
Timeframe to request
Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to info@flow-workhub.click within fourteen days of the triggering event (our cancellation, your withdrawal before kickoff, or a documented service failure).
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel before the kickoff meeting and no preparatory work has begun, prepaid discovery fees may be refunded in full minus any non-recoverable booking costs we disclosed in writing. After kickoff, fees for completed phases remain payable; unused future phases may be refunded proportionally.
Non-refundable items
Facilitator travel already incurred for agreed Bangkok on-site sessions, third-party room hire booked at your request, and completed assessment memos are non-refundable.
Deposits
Dashboard commissions typically require a deposit to reserve calendar time. Deposits are credited to the final invoice. Deposits become non-refundable once kickoff occurs or once we have begun data mapping with materials you supplied.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Workshops and review calls may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Retainer months already started are billed in full.
Work already started
When draft views, interviews, or memos exist, we invoice for time and materials through the stop date. You receive work product produced to that point, subject to confidentiality terms.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers within Thailand may take additional clearing time.
